Immovable concrete mixing station Model HZS35
Features:
- This is the most basic concrete mixing and pumping plant with the main body as Concrete Mixer.
- Usually the Immovable concrete plant is suitable for large construction sites with a lower construction cost than Movable plant. In order to achieve a high efficiency of concrete mixing and pumping, a lifting bucket should be equipped. In order to accurately calculate the mixing materials a batching machine, a powder weigher and a water weigher are requested. In order to reduce the cement cost, a bulk loading cement silo and a screw conveyor are requested. With a high productivity, the mixed concrete can not be sent manually, hence a mixer truck and a pumping device are equipped. All the producing procedure will be controlled by a Operation room. That is how comes an Immovable Concrete Mixing and Pumping Plant.
- The immovable plant is generally not disassembled. If it must be disassembled for transferring to another construction site, the dissembled cost will be about USD3000 per time.
